PERSPECTIVES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION ON EARTHEN ARCHITECTURE

TERRA EDUCATION III will take place on JUNE 4TH & 5TH, 2018 on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the UNESCO Chair « Earthen architecture, building cultures and sustainable development ». This international seminar will allow, through presentations and debates, to make an inventory of the current dynamics in terms of higher education, professional training, research and dissemination of knowledge.

The key issues that will animate the debates include:

• How did we move forward separately and/or together?
• How do we deal with current social issues?
• Which are the key moments of an institutional development?
• Which are the new occurrences that seem to support the amplification of an international movement in favor of earthen architecture?
